Individual users can enrol at their organizational capacity and get the online signing account. This requires the Organization to be first enrolled with eMudhra, through an authorized person of the organization. Organization employees can be then created as user by such authorized person, who can use the eKYC/eSign account in any of the eMudhra eSign enabled application.

If you are not an authorized signatory of your organization, please have an authorized person enrol the organization, and then add you as the user.

Enrolment Procedure

Organizations are required to enrol through an authorized signatory of the organization.
There are 2 different categories of enrolment as under.

Option 1

Government/PSU Organization

  • Fill in an online enrolment form with organization details.
  • The authorized signatory shall be Controlling/Administrative Authority/Head of Office or Head of Department (HoD).
  • Validate the mobile and email of authorized signatory through OTP.
  • Complete the Video recording of authorized signatory using mobile / web based URL.
  • Your organization will be verified in our round-the-clock verification centre and processed in minutes. You will receive your organization account activation confirmation over email / SMS.
  • Login to your organization management portal to further manage organization users.
  • Users will fill up an online form of your organization.
  • User completes mobile and email verification through OTP.
  • Complete the Video recording of authorized signatory using mobile / web based URL.
  • Such request should be signed using authorized signatory eSign account.
  • The user account request will be verified in our round-the-clock verification centre and processed in minutes. User will receive the account activation confirmation over email / SMS.

Option 2

Other Organizations

  • Fill in an online enrolment form with organization details
  • Provide GST registration information for online verification of organization.
  • Provide the authorized signatory information.
  • Upload the document with respect to the identity and proof of authorized signatory.
  • Validate the mobile and email of authorized signatory through OTP.
  • Complete the Video recording of authorized signatory using mobile / web based URL.
  • Your organization will be verified in our round-the-clock verification centre and processed in minutes. You will receive your organization account activation confirmation over email / SMS
  • Login to your organization management portal to further manage organization users.
  • Users will fill up an online form of your organization.
  • User completes mobile and email verification through OTP.
  • Such request should be signed using authorized signatory eSign account.
  • Upload the document with respect to the identity of the user.
  • Complete the Video recording of user using mobile / web based URL.
  • The user account request will be verified in our round-the-clock verification centre and processed in minutes. User will receive the account activation confirmation over email / SMS.

Pricing / Validity

As of now, Enrolment is free for Organizations. Organization has to purchase eSign licenses in order to allocate the users with respective plan. Organization can buy these licenses online within the management portal and allocate to the users.

How to use eSign

Organization can integrate its application, using the methodology provided in "For Applications" page.
Apart from this, there are Numerous applications are integrating eSign day by day, and Organizational users can use it in any of such platforms.

Organizational users can also use eSign by following means

Upload & Sign facility in the Web based Login area

  • This facility enables the user to login to the zone at anytime from anywhere. Use the option "Upload & Sign" to perform an online electronic signature.
  • This supports signing PDF documents. Most of the Office applications allow users to save word/excel/presentation documents to PDF, which can be uploaded for signature.
  • This allows to select the position of the signature including the pages where it has to appear.
  • Once signed, user can download the signed copy and take it for further use.
  • As the new eSign is asynchronous, any external application initiated eSign can also be completed from this web based login area. Once signed, the signature will be passed on to respective external application.

eMudhra eSign Desktop App

  • This facility enables the user to download the desktop app for Windows, Unix and Mac computers.
  • This GUI based application helps in easily signing from the computer, without logging in to the web based portal.
  • Authenticate with your username, PIN and OTP to sign in seconds.

eMudhra eSign Mobile App

  • This facility enables the user to use eSign mobile application in Android & iPhone devices.
  • User can simply capture a photograph (of document) and sign in few taps.
  • User can also share the signed document using platform's default sharing options.
  • As the new eSign is asynchronous, any external application initiated eSign can also be completed from this mobile app. User will receive a push notification, as soon as, a transaction is initiated. Once signed, the signature will be passed on to respective external application.
